Cancellation Policy
Please understand that your appointment is very important to the both of us. This time is blocked off specifically for you and product is purchased for your custom color.
Please understand that if there is not enough notice of cancellation, (48 hours) or there is a “no—show”, I can not fill that appointment and charges will be applied, (up to 100% of services booked). I appreciate your compliance with this policy.

I’ve being going to Rach for my hair for years. I got to bring in my baby for his very first haircut today and she did amazing. She was so patient and kept him so calm. Absolutely love Rach and her salon

Well, if you want your stomach, your cheeks, your jaw, your rib cage to hurt from laughing so hard then this is the place for you ! Not to mention a greaaaaaat Hair cut with some random foils that were not planned but fit into her day again this is your place to go! I always come here being prepared to work a little while waiting for the hair to process..I NEVER LEAVE HERE getting a thing done because it’s very entertaining with great storytelling and I leave salon emerald not only cuter than when I came in but my heart filled with love because that’s what you feel like when you leave here ! Cute and loved ! Who could ask for anymore when getting your hair done? Thanks for the hair and laughter Rach… you rock
